Contact free check in and check out

You will be sent details on how to collect your key at the property and how to check in.  No need to meet anyone. On check out you just leave the keys in the same location.

Check in/out

Unless otherwise agreed, check in is 1600 and check out is 1000.  These are our standard times but please adhere to them – we really need to time to clean.

Sanitise surfaces

We will sanitise surfaces, including the doorknobs.

Thoroughly clean

We clean room by room following our extensive cleaning protocol.

Linen

We wash linen at a high heat setting by a professional industrial laundry service.  We will not be providing bedspreads as they cannot be washed at high temperatures.  Sheets and pillow cases will be provided.  All mattresses and pillows have protectors and pillows also have two pillow cases.

Weekly cleaning

The villas will be cleaned prior to your arrival and on your departure.  For stays of longer than one week, we have suspended the weekly cleaning.  You will be provided with clean bed linen and bathroom towels after one week.

Use approved products

We use cleaning products such as disinfectants, products with 70% alcohol and bleach on appropriate surfaces and the floors.  Cleaning products will be left for your use.

Wear a mask and gloves

The team will wear masks and gloves whilst cleaning and maintaining the gardens and swimming pools.

Swimming pools and gardens

Will need to be cleaned and maintained during your visit.  This we will do early morning so as not to disturb your visit. The team will wear mask and gloves.

Maintenance issues

Should you need a visit during your stay, please phone as usual and we will attend.  We ask that you wait outside the house for the time that the maintenance team/engineer is in the house or if possible, we will schedule the visit for a day/time when you are away from the property.  They will wear masks and gloves.

Toys and books

We did temporarily remove all toys and books.  As of June 2021 we are reinstating them unless you specifically request their removal.  DVDs are provided.
